Hi Guys, I need help here. I got ITA for Express Entry with score of 461. I have indicated I have an auntie in Canada but was not given any points for that. However I am required to provide proof of relationship which I do not have the documents. As I am not getting any points and it’s difficult to provide proof of relationship? Can I remove her from my application and indicate in LoE?
Any suggestions will be appreciated . Thanks

You can but if you're a FSW applicant make sure you don't fall below the 67/100 points under the six selection factors.

Hi Del Pierro, thanks for your answer. It’s been so helpful . I actually didn’t know much about the FSW points. But I got reading more about it. I’m at 70/100 without adding my Canadian relation. So I will go ahead to cancel my auntie of the application and explain in LoE.

Hi man, that was the question Del Pierro answered not long ago, do you know your FSW points ? If without uncle u have 67 and above out of 100; then u r good to go . If below 67 without uncle then u might as well “find”the documents

I did include the proof in and it is the pain in the a** to go through all of them. If you don't include them in, make sure you explain in the letter of explanation that it would be a ton of papers and work and you don't need it. Otherwise, it can lead to misrepresentation, I believe.
