I need to know how I will identify the proof of funds. Must the money be in my account for many months or not? I mean I cant loan and then put them in my account?.

You cannot use a loan (that you will then need to pay back) as proof of funds. You will need to have access to these funds if/when you move to Canada.

IRCC is asking for the balance of your account for the past 6 months, therefore this is the period of interest to them.

all information regarding PoF is clearly detailed on the CiC website https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html

as the other member mentioned, loan does not qualify as PoF as its repayable and not yours to keep. another option is if any of your family member transfer you the money, they would need a notarised deed of gift stating they have gifted you the funds and it is yours to keep and use.

Please I need help is that true that if one of the family member transfer the money to me must make a certificate signed by the consultancy and ask to notarize a declaration for proof of financial resources in the context of immigration or not?
please I need a clear answer and correct.

Please someone answer me about the proof of funds, is it neccessary that the member of family signad a Certificate from the consultancy to me when transfer the money in my accountedge or not necessarry?
