Request you to please clarify.

I will be making an FD of CDN $ 15,312 for 02 people which I have borrowed from my father, I will also be showing gift deed signed by him, I hope this is acceptable.?

Secondly, I want to know at what stage do we pay application processing fee & RPRF fees.

You will be required to upload all the documentation once you receive ITA. Last step in submitting ITA is payment process. You will then be required to pay processing fee, however, you will have an option to pay RPRF later. Though it is recommended to pay both processing and RPRF fee in one go to have smooth process.
