Proof for name change

Hi All,

I received an invitation to apply under CEC. I reached to the page where we need to upload all my documents .
I received invite for my self and for my wife as well.
we have changed her last name after marriage so on marrige cetificated its her maiden name (before marriage) and on her passport and all canadian Id she has my last name(after marrige)

Now CIC is asking for a proof of name change in the table where we need to upload all documents.

SO MY QUESTION IS...

is our marrige certificate and her passport combine is enough as a proof of name change or we need to provide some other documents?

That should work. Did you make any affidavit while filing for your marriage certificate. Those affidavits have a declaration by the wife for change of name. If you have it, just attach it.

Unfortunetly we dont have it because marriage certificated worked for name change in passport. Thats why i was not sure.
