Proof for moving back to Canada after PR received

We are going to do an outland application from the States and was wondering if the below would be sufficient proof that we plan on moving back. Suggestions are welcome.

- Job applications + offers
- messages from LinkedIn/email inviting me too apply for jobs/asking when I will be back in Canada
- Emails with former managers advising that I will be back in the country as soon as my husband receives his PR, so if any jobs come up to keep me in mind
- TSFA, GIC & bank balance + husband's bank statements from Canada
- I do have family in Canada however, I am not on speaking terms with anyone except my brother who has agreed to help us find a rental/provide any other help.
- Husband's communication with friends in Canada letting them know that he has applied for his PR and is relocating and has asked them to keep an eye out for a job
- Along with the requested letter on the checklist

Is there anything else you would recommend? I've kept my Canadian CC active and actually charge my Netflix to it and pay it in a timely manner...

What you have sounds pretty good, esp the job offers. I would pull it all together with a 2 / 3 page narrative of your overall plan and sequence of events. Where you are going to settle and why, how you will settle in in the first few weeks and months, how you will financially support yourselves until the jobs come through etc. Basically SHOW that you have seriously thought it all through and have evidence for the key events in your plan.
