Hello. I am from mumbai i am planning to take admission for Graduate Certifiate program project management , conestoga doon campus , can anyone guide me regarding this program? Like how are employment opportunities , college environment etc?

Personal view but the challenge with PM and employment can be whether you have any work experience to back up any PM course you might take given PM on its own you would be competing with experienced PMs with work experience. Also I have read from other posts here that PM courses with a coop element the students tend to be left to find a placement themselves which can be a challenge so keep that in mind despite what any course prospectus implies.
