Hello Members,

I am September 2019 applicant and just recently came across the new application tracker thanks to the forum.

All applications show to be "In Progress" except for Background verification which is completed and Citizenship cerenomy which obviously hasn't started yet.

Now I can see in the Application history the following entry:

Application history
  • Mar 11, 2020
    Prohibitions form: Sent

We sent you a prohibitions form for your application. Check the letter or email we sent for more details.

I checked my emails and there is no such email request whatsoever. I am also sure that I never received a letter for such request.
Also the GCMS notes which I received around November 2020 do not mention anywhere that such request was sent out.

I realise the date MAR 11, 2020 somehow coincides with the period when IRRC put their work on hold and a pause on the entire citizenship application / test / ceremony procedures.

Therefore wondering...has anyone else had such entry in his/her application history? Can this be disregarded or is there any action to be taken?

Pleased to hear some feedback/guidance from the fellow forum members.

Thank you.

Hey, do you have an update on this? Were you actually sent a form or was this a technical glitch?

I actually have an update on that. I called IRRC some weeks ago. They did not specifically comment on the fact that I never received such forms. However, the status update was generated as I was supposed to be receiving the test invite for April 2020 as per the agent.

Irrespective from the above...IRRC mentioned to me that prohibitions forms are (since long) no longer sent out (which was done randomly anyways?)
and there is no action item anymore on any applicant regarding prohibition forms.

Thank you for your response, I appreciate it.

Good luck with the next steps on your application!
