Positive eligibility assessment is considered to be made once the status of the Eligibility field in the Global Case Management System is set to “Passed” or an Acknowledgment of Receipt letter or email has been sent to the applicant. In the previous sentence, taken from the program delivery instructions (PDIs), “and” has been replaced by “or”.

this now confirm that you only need you AOR to get your BOWP.
A mistake was made a few weeks ago in an update, which was saying you needed eligibility to be passed to get a BOWP. Officially back to normal ;D
