Is anyone in the group have any experience or idea regarding program compliance branch nomination review timeline . I had my pr submitted after SINP nomination but got terminated when pr application was almost at the last stage because of the restaurant totally destroyed in fire , so I only communicated with IRCC for further updates , I was not aware about informing SINP . As a result, I got PFL from PCB SINP in October 2024 after that I got request to find employer , I found the employer in February 2025 . I sent new job offer to PCB but there is no update after that . I don’t have any response of my sent emails they asked to submit new job approval letter as well which is opened yesterday so my new employer will apply in few days . Anyone has any idea how long it will take for PCB to review and inform IRCC to process my application which is on hold IRCC keep saying the same thing that it’s on hold for review and it’s been more than one year since the hold put on . How long it will take after I submit job approval letter to them . Can I contact SINP to issue me job approval letter fast . Anyone has similar experience with that ? Any help , guidance would be really appreciated. Thank you

The Program Compliance Branch (PCB) of SINP can take a while to review nomination reinstatements, especially if the case is complex like yours. Based on other cases, it can take anywhere from a few months to over a year for PCB to review and confirm nomination reinstatement.
Here’s what you can do:
1. Follow Up with PCB: Since you already submitted your job offer in February 2025, you can follow up via email or phone to check if they have reviewed it. If they requested a Job Approval Letter (JAL), they may not process your file until they receive it.
2. Expedite the Job Approval Letter: SINP usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to issue a JAL, but you can ask your employer to request an expedited review by explaining your situation. They can email SINP, referencing your PR status being on hold, to see if they can speed it up.
3. Follow Up with IRCC: IRCC won’t process your PR application until SINP confirms your nomination. You can submit a web form to IRCC explaining that you submitted the required documents to PCB and are waiting for their decision. Sometimes, this can help push for an update.
4. Escalation Option: If it’s been an excessively long wait, you can try contacting Saskatchewan’s immigration office through their general inquiry channels or even reach out to your local MLA for assistance in getting a response.
