I currently have an EE score of 475. I am appllying with my spouse who lives abroad. He just got a new job with is in NOC A. We updated in the profile but the score did not chnage. Do you think withdrawing and resubmitting will make any change.

Do you mean a job offer in Canada for claiming 50 points in arranged employment? If yes, its the PA who is supposed to receive 50 points for the arranged employment, that too if the job offer also meets the IRCC requirements such as LMIA/LMIA exempt etc. and is for at least one year AFTER the grant of PR.

If this is for his foreign experience then he doesn’t matter if NOC A, B or 0. Those are all skilled NOCs so doesn’t get more points for a NOC A job.
