Profile Ineligible

Hi All,
I submitted my EOI and straightaway I received a message in my online account saying that my profile is ineligible and they listed a few reasons including limited funds, less qualification or experience. But there wasn't any specific reason why my profile is ineligible. I sent them a message to help me narrow down the cause so that I can work accordingly to improve my EOI, but I didn't receive a response. It has been more than 2 weeks now.
Anyone else had a similar situation or would they know why is my profile ineligible at the moment?
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks.

I think your issue is your work experience. You need 1 year full time under one NOC code. Full time = 30 hours per week by their definition. If you work less than this per week you need to have more years experience. So under this definition you will actually need 3.33 years of experience at 9 hours per week. Note you can't make it go faster by working more than 30 hours per week, only slower by working less.

But in both the NOC Codes I have worked more than 1 year. NOC Code A - 2 years and NOC Code B - 1 Year 8 months

It doesn't matter the actual length. You need to work 1560 hours, with each week being a maximum of 30 hours. You can only pick one NOC code to count for the 1 year of experience so you have total 2 years at 9 hours per week = 936 hours.

I'm going to back Tanglechuu's information. A position is considered full-time only if you work at it for 30 hours per week. IRCC standards, not mine. Although 30 hours per week is not a stretch when you only need one year for your work to be considered relevant under Express Entry FSW.
