Check if you get minimum 67 points on FSW grid here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp

do you have more than 1 year of Canadian experience in your current job?

no I will have 6 month in february, but 3 years and 6 month outside Canada

You do not meet the 67 points requirement under FSWP.

According to my calculation, your point is 63

If you are working on a LMIA exempt work permit (e.g PGWP , etc) in a skilled job, you'll still get 10 more points for that on FSW grid. Check Arranged Employment conditions in the link above.

Yes get 63 but this is my hope, but I dont know how they count about this....

I would get 73 p

You currently work in Canada in a job that is exempt from the LMIA requirement under:

an international agreement (such as, the North America Free Trade Agreement) or
a federal-provincial agreement.
Your work permit is valid both when you apply and when the visa is issued (or you are authorized to work in Canada without a permit when your visa is issued).
and

Your current employer has made a permanent job offer based on you being accepted as a skilled worker.

Give us more info about your job/work-permit in Canada.

I am under open work permit ,internaional agreement, and I have 2 job offers at noc 2253.

My only chance I guess is that if I get ITA before March I could apply for bridging work permit.

So confused...

I got ineligible. Can i review the application again and resubmit? Kindly note that my ielts calculation from how they described it is good enough, the only thing is that I made them know I've not done ECA

yes you can, also can create a new one or create a new account, you need ECA to be able to submit your application

You are right. You should have been given the extra 10 points towards your FSW eligibility criteria. Did you finally get it to work or still have the problem.

I feel like the EE system has many bugs in it and this is one of them.

I didn't get it work yet and I d know if it will..
Anyone knows how to claim those 10 points?? Then, be eligible?

What a nightmare ???
