Profile Ineligible for Express Entry? HELP

Hi Everyone,
I have tried creating the profile 3 times now and I keep getting a message saying I do not qualify..
Here are some of my details
Age: 22
Passport from Mexico
Celpip General Reading: 12 Listening:11 Writing: 8 Speaking: 9
Noc 1241 for 8 months full time/ Noc 4212 for 1.5 years as part time
Associate Degree in Criminology from a Public Canadian College
19,500 CAD in settlement funds
I have an open work permit that is good for 3 years, which I obtained because I graduated in Canada
I have a job offer letter from the company I work for and they are in good standing with the govt
No relative in Canada
Single Applicant..
CAN ANYONE HELP ME WHERE IM GOING WRONG. I am so frustrated. I thought I had an okay chance?

What do you mention on working hours? You should mention hours/week format.

it doesn't seem you have the one year full time work experience.
what did you put as primary NOC?
what are your start and end dates for both jobs and work hours per week for each?

My primary NOC is the 1241 which I only have 8 months. Do you think this could be the problem?
I started in January 2018 for Noc 1241 and that is my current job at 35 hours per week
My past job I did from July 2016 to December 2017 for 20 hours per week

If you're a FSW applicant and do not have a year of continuous work experience under your Primary NOC then that's the reason for inegibility.

Definitely not eligible then. Wait until the year ends and try again

I ageee with what DelPiero and Hamgha mentioned... you have to complete 1 yr in your present role..

Since you are OWP, you cannot claim points for job offer(even when you complete your 1 yr). You can only claim valid job offer points if your employer provides an LMIA for it...

Oh I had no idea I could not claim points with an OWP. I will look into it, thanks
