I am noticing that profiles are getting ineligible despite meeting the MEC. Did anyone face this issue?

Have you got ECA for all your education? do you have the minimum IELTS score? Have you entered the minimum funds you will bring to Canada? Have you selected Quebec?

Education is approved by WES.

Age : 32
Education: Bachelor in Dental surgery
WES: Five years of professional study
IELTS: CLB 9
POF : 15,600 (Two applicants)\
Work: 5.5 years (Full time)
Province selected : Ontario

Did you check if you need your education assessed by the medical council of canada instead of WES. That might be the reason if so, as WES is not accepted for medical professions.
Good luck

As per CIC:

If you are applying:
as a specialist physician (NOC 3111) or general practitioner/family physician (NOC 3112), the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) must do an ECA for your primary medical diploma,
as a pharmacist (NOC 3131):
if you need a license to practice (for example, providing patient care in a community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, long term care facility or other practice settings) the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) must do your ECA,

The NOC selected by me is 3113.

This was posted in 2013, stating that dentists are no longer considered to be on the list of occupations for the FSW stream.

I understand. Thats for ECA. But according to the link i shared it looks like dentists are not eligible to apply under FSW all together. So you might want to check again as it could be the reason its not accepting your profile

I'm a dentist and my Wes was accepted, got even invited on March 1st. So the issue is something else

Did you get ECA for both applicants? Not sure if you really need to, but you may if you're claiming points for the other applicant too. Same goes for ielts. Experts please advise
