I think your stream is PNP not FSW, you don't need to meet 67 points for that.

I received noi from ontario for their human capital stream from express entry. Their first criteria is that a candidate Is fsw eligible. I am hoping that they don't reject me because now my min eligibility is not met.

As far as I know, for Express Entry (CEC, PNP etc), the FSW 67 points as minimum is an entry criteria. I might be wrong, but my gut feeling says otherwise. If you do not meet the FSW MEC, then you are in eligible for the FSW or PNP.
