Profile Evaluation for Masters in Profressional Communication( Fall 2015)

Hi Guys,

I have a percentage of 51 % overall in my B.Com(INDIAN Standard). According to University Standards, it amounts to a B grade, that is second division. And I have percentage of 78% in my Post Graduate Diploma. Am I eligible to apply ?
Can anyone tell me how to convert the percentage to GPA?

I am currently working as Assistant Manager-Public Relations and Corporate Communication with overall work experience of 3.2 years.
