Profile disappeared.. is there anyone experiencing?

good evening,

i tried to update WES Report today several times, but it was not working today

and now i realize that there is no my profile available to see, it had disappeared in my CIC account when i logged in..

do you know why? or have anyone had same experience before??

It has never happened to anyone , did you handover your credentials to anyone or click withdraw profile by mistake
