Profile deemed ineligible even after Meeting CEC criteria

Hello,

I have queries need to get answered before I draft my next application. I filed for EE and thinking I would definitely be eligible for CEC as I have been working for more than one year now in NOC A jobs.

Could someone guide me what went wrong in my first attempt? My background is as follows:
Education: Canadian Masters
IELTS : 8 (R 8.5, S:8.5, W : 7, S:7)
Work Experience (almost 11 months in one NOC A job and 5 months in NOC A different code job with a gap of almost a month)
Marital Status : Single
Funds : 13000 CAD

I have not included myy foreign experience which is not too much though. I assuming what might gone wrong is I put my employer address (their headquarters) which is in USA making me ineligible for CEC. Could this be the case? I should have put local address which is my work place in Canada but thats a location for sort of remote work being done in USA.

Please provide your opinion what went wrong.

Also, you should be providing your Canadian work address, not their HQ address.

I think the OP means they submitted a profile, not an application (therefore, no GCMS notes).

Well, you need one year of Canadian experience to be eligible for CEC. If you used a US address, it would be counted as foreign, not Canadian work experience.

You did not meet the eligibility requirements for FSW (You don´t have one year of continuous experience in your primary NOC).

If you do not have a Canadian employer, it may be difficult to get the experience accepted...

It was my bad, writing US address won't make me eligible for CEC. I created new profile, added Canadian work place address and boom my profile became eligible. Afterwards, I received ITA in couple of days.

FYI to all, having continuous experience of one year is not a requirement to be eligible for CEC. They clearly stated - "Your work experience can be in 1 or more NOC 0, A or B jobs.". So, if you have experience in parts in same NOC category but different NOC codes, good news my friend you are eligible in CEC. The total experience should be 1 year or more even in parts.

I read your post and seems I have same question as your. I can see this post from 2019 so i am just wondering, did your PR approved and what address did you enter in your application.

Actually I was hired through an agency which is US based but my work location in Ontario. They have Canadian address as well but in different province not in Ontario. So the question is which address should need to enter in profile and employer name is Agency name right?
