Please guide whether professional with good qualification and experience but without any connection from Manitoba is eligible to apply under MPNP? Is there any way to apply based on education and experience? Without connection points my calculated points are 64. Please guide.

Yes there is n option in which u have to visit manitoba first look for the intended occupation nd all about manitoba then they wil take n interview then approval u can search the site I read that quite a while I forgot the details but u can search that
