Professional certification

I am planning to apply for EE. I am an Electronic Engineer by profession. I wish to apply for NOC 2133 (Electrical and Electronics Engineer). I already have my certificate accessed by WES. Do I need certification by professional bodies as well ?

Do you mean the assessment by the Professional Engineers Ontario for example? No..you don't need that for EE, but it will be beneficial for you if you start that process and familiarize yourself with what they need...to make things easier when you move permanently.
