How can they verify your work experience as indicated on your cv. Because I if started working ten years back, you don't still expect to have kept the contract letter up to date and use it as evidence. Can someone help?

Applicants usually disclose work experience of past 6 years only.

Also, contract letters are not a required document. Neither are pay stubs.

But if you can find a way to get them, you should, because they can help make the process faster... especially if the company was small and doesn't have a website.
