Sorry, but I would try asking this question in the Express Entry section of the forum. You will not get much sympathy from people here for a four month wait.

LOL. For old CEC from 2014, 4 months+ can't even get a AOR from CIC, which EE applicants are receiving in 1 day.
EE should take 5 months for DM, and another month for CoPR.
 
you won't get much sympathy from us. We've had to wait 4 months for AOR. I had to wait 19 months for the whole process to be done. 3 months is like nothing ... :P
