Processing Update

Is it still showing processing update or you received 0 for Canadian Education or any other additional points you were expecting?jack_is_jack said:
I accidentally answered Yes to the French/English as second language courses and my score did not change until I answered No to it. Maybe that's the issue with you?
I updated and transmitted my profile on Saturday around 8 pm and its still under "Processing Update".
However I didnt click on to "Modify" education and hence didnt answer those 4 new questions (I was not aware of the new 4 questions back then), I just saved the profile again and transmitted.
I raised a ticked yest by sending the snapshot and even called CIC helpline this morning. CIC asked me to just wait and watch.
Hope this gets resolved soon as I still have to answer those 4 questions and re-update my profile to gain additional points before the next draw.

One of the seniors in the other forums linked to the express entry website and it says that scores will be updated before next draw and for some people it may take a few days for profiles to update. I can't find the link now otherwise I would provide it here... sorry.mjadawala said:

Thanks Tmys, I read and it says that foreign nationals will have to answer those additional questions and update their profiles. But I cannot answer these questions as I cannot access my profile while it is under "Processing Update" since last 3 days.
I am facing the same issue. My profile is in "Update Processing" mode for the past 3 days. I answered the new questions regarding Canadian Education on 19th Morning. I created a technical problem ticket yesterday. Waiting to hear back. I hope they fix this issue soon.
