On the IRCC website, under the processing times for the Protected Persons and Refugees (in Canada) program, it indicates a processing time of 25 months outside Quebec and 41 months within Quebec.

Is this accurate? Should those in Quebec expect their applications to take up to 41 months? Since the system updates weekly, this information should be reliable.

Sep 14th 2023 2nd interview/brown paper/IRB referral (Toronto)
15th Sep 2023 BOC submission to IRB
May 23 2024 ICAC disclosure package sent to IRB ☒ Regular Hearing: Half-Day (3 hours) with no Minster intervention (Disclosure of documents from the Integrated Claim Analysis Centre )
