I came to Canada with permanent resident on the last week; Immigration officer told me that it will take around 4-6 weeks to get my PR card by the post. I checked in online it has mention the around 56 calendar days (it means around 2.5 months). Which is correct ?

Are there any ways to track my PR card status in online?

Processing time on the website is the one that is accurate. If you have just landed in Canada, the PR Card is not of much use other than for re-entering Canada if you leave Canada.

I have a plan to leave Canada by end of January for 6 months. What will be happened if I don't have a PR card.
Are there any urgent processing to get my PR card?

No - there is no urgent processing available for new permanent residents.

If you have to leave before your PR card arrives, then once your PR card arrives to your address in Canada, a family member or friend can mail the card to your location outside of Canada.

Once you leave Canada, you have to apply for a travel document. Here's a link that can guide you:

Thanks guys for your valuables comments and highly appreciated.

One thinks i want to verify I heard that...

If we are coming by our own vehicle via US borders .if we don't have the PR card... it's more enough to show the confirmation of permanent resident paper. Is it true?
