Processing times for india is changed from 19 days to 21 days

Its been a month since my sister applied online for 15 days visitor visa. No update n frustrating. Processing times is 21 days now for india. Processing times exceeded over 10 days. Bla bla bla . i thought canada is much advancebthan what i am experiencing. Frustrating

Visitor visa is not an emergency! They can only have so many employees. If it was for people everyone want to get visa n 90 % of them wanna change their status as soon as they get to canada. Unfortunately coz of those 90% even geniune case get delayed and rejected. If someone really want to come to canada go to school get a degree which is in demand here in canada and get 1 year work experience n apply for pr. Trv is for visiting only. N canada is advance in emergency situation n wellbeing of Canadians not for residents of other countries. As govt for other countries r resposible for their own people.
