I've emailed abu dhabi twice regarding my application status, one case-specific and the other general after the processing times exceeded and got NO reply. Could this mean something?

This could mean they are busy processing applications may be yours . As this is peak season for tourist and students, so there are bit delays. Don't worry, everything will be positive and in your favour.

I am from Pakistan.I had a hole in my heart and had a heart surgery 10 years back.as it is 10 years back so i have no surgery documents now.Now I am applying for canadian Student Visa.Is my visa can be denied based on this Heart surgery. I am fully fit and have perfect health(100%) now. Does the Medical Examiner of canadian Embassy make this thing problematic ?

Kindly do reply if any of you know any authentic answer about it !

But as far as I know it won't be problem as far as it is a spreading disease like TB.
