This is the link disclosed by CIC on their processing times.

Could someone explain to me what the table means.
More specifically could someone explain to me the data pertinent to family class (spousal) from VO Beijing for 2013.
What are the numbers in the table represent? It reads like months but the numbers do not make sense.
Thx.

well this is displaying A LOT of information.

to resume, it's a statistics of processing times for the last 12 months - it includes all immigration classes. you can also select other years, beginning from 2007.

overall, spousal sponsorship applications have a 94% approval rate for your VO.

to answer your question, processing times for Beijing are as following:

20% of cases are processed in 3 months. 30% in 4; 50% in 6; 70% in 8; 80% in 9. keep in mind that the ones processed in 9 months can be some of the toughest, with several red flags. so if you don't have any of that, you're looking at a shorter time.

i hope this clears it up a bit. :)

wow that is one good tool , im a little worried though .seeing that all our spousal immigration cases have been transferred to Mississauga . there approval rate is very low at around 10% traditionally over the time . im hoping this changes or maybe i don't know how to read it right , hope someone looks at it and clarify s it . good find though

desktopgold not really sure what you meant. where did you find that 10%? seems unrealistic. through what VO are you going? inland, outland?

when i open the file , and use the drop down menus for all dist and cpc missagua , it there . im hoping the numbers on the spreadsheet were entered in err

This data set is from before inland apps were transferred CPC-Mississauga, only covering up to Sept 30th, 2013. The stats you are looking at are not in any way indicative of inland processing approvals.

Have a look at CPC-Vegreville to get an idea of inland stats.
