Processing time

I applied for PR on September 5,2018.
Can somebody plz tell how much time it approximately takes to process the application and what are the various stages?I want to submit my resignation from the current job and will do accordingly.Please share ur experience as well.My application is very simple and has no travel history also.

It depends on how you applied for PR (through which program). I would not resign from your job until you have an approved COPR / PR visa.

I applied through Express Entry Program. Can anybody tell , approx. how much time will it take so that we can plan further actions.
