I have heard that IRCC processes family applications faster than single applicants. Is it true? And single applicants do get PPR, right? If everything is in order?

That's incorrect. Family applications are not prioritized over single applicants.

NEED HELP : After receiving an email from WES on 9th May 2018 that they have received and accepted my documents. Now they begin my evaluation Report procedure.
Unfortunately, I opened my WES on 10th May 2018 for my result but it just appears in the “Complete field” as said my order is canceled. I don't know what happened with my application. Anyone can explain this case please help me! I am so nervous.
