Processing time pr 2021_2022 update (share timeline)

Does anyone know how long it takes for the IRCC account to update after a decision is made on ECAS?

I am an inland applicant under the protected person class.

ELIGIBILITY pending

2 years complete but still no update. Any idea what I do.

I applied as in Canada protective person April 8th, 2022.

got my GCMS notes June 13,2023, the information is below.

ASSESSMENTS
Eligibility: In Progress
Security: Not Started
HIRV:
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed - Expired
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: In Progress

When I applied it stated 18 months processing but it seems as if my application is in the early stage as I have not passed Eligibility. Is this an early stage application ?
