Processing time-- Ottawa (CPP-O)-- application of re-entry visa

YEAH the processing time is a month my passport is on is way. Hopefully i will get the VISA tomorrow. they got my application on the 22 of june

anyone can tell me that i forgot to copy my tracking no. so if i email to cpp-o so can they provide me the tracking no? Is there any way to get it or i have to just wait?

Yes that is every through i got my VISA Yesterday. receved on the 22 of june and got my passport back 22 of July. Wish you all the best

Hello People,

-I'm an international student in Calgary.
-Sent my documents for student visa renewal yesterday (July 20, 2012) through xpresspost.
-Plan is to fly back home on August 19, 2012.

Wondering if I'll get my passport back ( assuming with visa stamped) before that? What I have heard is it takes "approx" a month. Do people receive it before a month too?

Does it help at all if I email CPP-Ottawa people humbly requesting them to accelerate my process if possible as I am in some serious urgency?

I am an international student in Alberta. I sent my passport and documemnts on the 25th of June, they received it on the 26th of June. Came home this morning and opened my mail box and there it was my passport with visa issued on the 19th of July. Based on the tracking information from Canada Post , the passport was mailed out the same day and arrived the next day. I am truly grateful

My application was recieved on the 19th pf june... I got ot back today 23rd of july it was issued on the 17th... Alhamdulillahi... Im too happy

My application was received by CPP-O on 9th July. I hope I get my visa+passport back in 1 month.

to all my friends.

nothing to panic, almost all applications are processed within 28 days+postal unless any complcations that may arise . most of the cases I have been seeing are withing the time frame stated.

Note. Pl dont quote me on this, this timeline was gathered from applications that are being completed.

Also as of now there is no official processing time established by CIC

Hey did anyone sent their application on June 18 and haven't received their application as yet..this is getting so frustrated because i see people sent their application after june 18 and have already got back their passport..ii email cic and all they saying my application is in processing..plz help....anyone can reply to this :'(
