How do I know which visa office application went?

I applied for my parents visitor visa online...Chandigarh/Delhi? Doesn't say anything online in my account.

In most of the cases online application goes through New Delhi Office.

IF applied online- Normally goes to Delhi

If submitted to VFS- Will get information via SMS.

Could some one let me know the process of renewing the visitor visa to Canada. My parents have gt a multiple entry visitor visa which has got expired last may. In their previous visa tenure they haven't visited Canada. My bro has recently got his PR and he is inviting us to Canada for visiting purpose, so could you please let us the process or procedure or a relevant link where I can know the information required for renewing the expired visitor Visa.
