Even I couldn't link my application. My consultant told it might be because of our location. May be from India we cant link it. Also, it says, if we submitted a paper based application it can be linked through that service. This is my understanding, but I may be wrong.

I am also from india and i also submitted application by email, got only one autogenerated email immediately and nothing else. After one month i heard about this gckey account, tried it and got it linked.

I received my inland COPR when I am stuck out of Canada because of COVID. I have submitted my PRTD application as instructed in the letter from IRCC. does anybody applied for PRTD by email and received the travel document? just want to know what is the processing time for PRTD application in India.

Hi All, I have applied for PRTD under H&C grounds from UAE on July 30th 2020, but so far i have not received any feedback other than the acknowledgement of receipt. On the IMM5524 i wrote that i intend to return to Canada on 1st of May 2021, will that be a cause of the delay of response ? or will it be an issue in general ? and what shall i do in order to get an update regarding the status, as i tried linking my application many times but have failed.

If approved you may have no choice but to return earlier. PRTD aren’t given for an unlimited time period. Would start by seeing if your H&C is approved.

You will be advised whether PRTD is aprticed. You can’t check on the stage of processing.
