Processing Time of Application

Hi Seniors, does the 13 month processing time of CEC applications start from the day our application is recieved or does it start from the day we get our AOR's?

some people are getting the result from 13 months of filing date while some are getting on 13 months after AOR...

not sure, but i noticed on my gcms that there is a due date for eligibility which is dated 13 months from aor date, don't know if it means anything...

also, the due date for police clearance was set to some day in February on my gcms notes,, and they updated the received docs info the same day as the due date
