Regarding the study visa applications, they are reviewing the applications received between August 22 and 28, 2021

My question is this group includes only applications from within Canada or also those from outside Canada ?

I have seen some applications submitted in late October but are being processed. Applications are processed case-by-case . It’s advisable to check your status other than these generic processing times.

I honestly don’t think the processing time on the website is accurate. I have a friend who submitted October 21 2021 and got her approval November 23 2021.
