Processing Time Increases for New Deihi..

Hello Everyone..Please help me out as I seem to be getting very confused.
My wife applied spouse visa..as per

Category........: FAM (Spouse Visa)
Visa Office......: New Delhi
App. Filed.......: 29 June 2012
App. received by CIC......:02 July 2012
AOR Received.: 6 Sept 2012
Med's Done....: May 2012
Passport Req..: Not yet received

I See the CIC website for processing time for "Spouse, common‑law partner or dependent child" for New Delhi Applicant rightnow approval time is 70 days and New Delhi Processing time is 9 Month..I surprized becouse It changed 6 Month to directly 9 Month..That mean we have to wait for 9 Month + 70 days = Approx 11 month..anyone have idea abt these ?

Plz anyone tell me how much time i have to wait for visa stamp?

Please add me on spreadsheet...

If anyone applied in July 2012 Please shae your timeline here....

I agree totally..i applied for my new born son on 04th June 12..on 18Sept12 we received Med request.....
