It will effect all of those who submitted documents in that time.

Applications received BETWEEN November 28, 2008 and June 25, 2010

UK London :29 months.
New Delhi - India: 23 months

Staralihaider, do you still think the ones who sent their meds in Feb/March/April will get their PPRs between July-September in light of this new info??
Beckett.

29 months for LVO from the date of COMPLETE PACKAGE received.

So If you have submitted the full documents in Jan 2011 (for example) then you can expect 29 months from Jan 2011 which comes to May 2013 around.

is it true that 29 months will be considered after receving 2nd AOR means after 2nd stage's document earlier it was 18 months..Nothing not even a single thing match what this website guide to people..!!

Today my eCas status changed to Decision Made. Still waiting for PPR-2 though..
So guys, I have been in this journey since feb 2009. Above 36 months!

I applied in Dec 2009; sent my complete docs in May 2010, 2nd AOR was received July 2010. Now, if I start counting months from application, it's been 30 months; if docs submission, it's been 25 months; if AOR, it's been 23 months. How to calculate? My MR was received at LVO on 16/03/2012. Do I have to wait till October to get PPR???
That's simply horrific.

Processing times are useless in current scenario as they do not reflect the current processing trends. How will they account for who received 6 to 12 months wait letter.

Hmmm. You are right. So how many months will it be for the 'Letter People'??

Process Starts from to CIO not from VISA office please check your ecase its good answer for all so 29 months from CIO not from VO good lcuk.

I dont know about others. But in my case, if according to them as per their wait letter, finalised in May / June 2013, it would be almost 34 / 35 months since I submitted complete application to London. Moreover these processing times reflects the past trends and are not in anyway be taken as a benchmark in current circumstances.

I was hoping someone would say that! I hope its from the initial application to Nova Scotia. Is that what you meant?
Everyone else seems to think the count starts from when the docs are sent to VO.

its from the date of complete package received.

It is mention on the website at the beginning. So it should from the date the VO received the complete package i.e. London Office.

Yes, agree with you eemmoo1,

But the wait letter period of 6 to 12 months comes under the bracket of 29 months :D
