I am living in Louisiana, USA, and I am preparing my permanent residence application as an skilled worker by myself. I would like to know what are the current processing times. There is a way to speed this process?

1) A score between 80-85 points
2) Pay a lawyer
3) Pay a premium process
4) To have more dependent children (future workers)

Is this true?

nope, there is no truth in that.
they dnt charge any premium fee or anything or else, anyone would pay premium fee.
if you want to speed the application, the best way is to have a work permit.
anyways, as long as u have a valid and legally acquired 67points, you are fine.
no truth in 80-85points or premium fee.
but as PMM said, money doesnt grow on tree, so better be careful with any so called tricks.
i shall advise campbell cohen as your best lawyer, their fees also is not so hiked up and i heard they have a good service.

I have a son that is 18 years old in July, and he is studyng in college in Colombia. If I include him in my application for permanent residence, he needs to come for the interview in Bufalo the same day that my wife, my other son and I come?
