Processing time from Pakistan visa office

I am planning to apply for Quebec immigration from Pakistan. Can any body please inform me the complete processing time from Pakistan visa office after applying for immigration?

You can not apply for permanent residence visa from Pakistan embassy for Quebec. You would be needing to send your application to Montreal office in Quebec.
