Processing time from Australia

I applied online TRV on 6/07/17 from melbourne australia
Recieved on 07/07/17
Notification updates 08,09/07/17
Status is in progress until now on 28/07/2017
Processing time is 20 days
Its already more than that time...
Should i send them reminder email or call them?
Or should i wait one more week?

Processing times posted on the IRCC website are only estimates and not a commitment within which the processing will be completed.

You could send a Case Specific Enquiry (Web form) + an email to the visa office to request for an expedited decision. It wouldn't be to remind them

I am planning to apply MPNP next month. it take 7 month to get nominated? I am applying from Perth. what is processing time after nomination to get PR (Not express entry)?
