Processing time for Warsaw, poland. HELP !!

Hello.. I need a help .. My papers are in Warsaw since September 04, 2014. I cannot follow my case with my file number. I need to know if there r people who applied through warsaw embassy and how long it took. Also u were asked to go to the embassy or u sent ur passport.

Any answer will be appreciated.Thank You

I assume you tried to contact them already by phone and/or e-mail?
I am planning to apply through Warsaw too, so I cannot really talk from experience, but you do not have to travel all the way from Armenia to Poland ------------> you can definitely use a courier.
It's been 3,5 months, I am sure soon you will get your message back. Warsaw tends to deal with its applications well below the time posted on CIC's website (8 months), so consider yourself lucky!

Wait, you are saying that you cannot follow your case with a file number? Before getting to Warsaw for applicant assessment, your primary file destination should have been Mississauga where they assess the sponsor... so your UCI should have been on messages that followed approval of sponsorship.

We tried to contact them but they didnt answer as 8 months haven't passed yet. we contacted immigration center in canada, they told us that sometimes it happens and we cant follow our case due to technical problems.

Hi Diana-Armenian jan...we're in the same situation,in the same boat...our papers are also in Warshaw since September 04 2014,,before that they were in Moscow since June 24 2014,,,and we haven't heard anything about our application so far..don't worry,,I think that (file number) has no importance at all,,when they request our passports or anything else they will request through email,,,and I have seen here many people who haven't heard anything from Warshaw too,,,so we should keep our fingers crossed and wait,good luck to us,,We will hear about good news soon

Sorry no. Applied from Canada to Mississauga and then off to Warsaw.

According to the update on CIC website, the current time for processing files in the Warsaw office is 12 months.

For files that go straight to Warsaw, they seem to be completing them in 7-9 months. The files from Moscow has caused the stats to go up, because a lot of those files have needed to get new medicals or police certificates.
We applied in September and were done in 7 months (total, including sponsor approval).
