Timeline:

Submition of docs - Sep 21, 2011 with original passport (NBI still on process in Phils)
Bank Draft - Oct 14, 2011
Jan 31 - received email to submit my original NBI
Feb 2 - sent NBI copy thru courier
Feb 7 - received my passport with visa thru courier

Hi, guys! I need ur help and opinions lang, this is for my friend. Here is the situation. She applied for work visa in abu dhabi this january and received her visa this feb. She wants to go home sa Pinas sana this march to visit her kids and sabay kame exit papuntang Canada. Question is, Kelangan niya pa ba magPDOS dito and OEC from here? Thanks.

is her visa(uae) already cancelled? on my opinion pag hindi pa d mo kaylangan mag PDOS coz babalik k sa uae with valid uae resident visa...pero kung cancelled n malamang hahanapan sya ng PDOS

Nde ko sure regarding dyan, il ask her. Maybe, not yet cancelled. Kc main reason talaga is mag=aawol siya kaya siya uwi. hehehe
