Processing time for study permit extension online

hi,

I have applied for my study permit extension on Oct. 23. My cic account still have no update. The "processing time" which cic provided says "working on applications submitted on October 25, 2015".

Should I contact them? and How can i contact the office?

This is really driving me crazy!!!

I just wanted to find out when you finally got the study permit.. Mine is taking like forever to be processed
