i am sorry in the delay of replying to you. yes i received my PPR & courierd the required docs through Aramex on the 2nd of July 2021. below is my timeline. mine was an appeal case

Application Received at Colombo VO Jan 2021
additional information submitted on 1st of March 2021
Meds Request- June 2
Meds done June 4
Meds Approved June 29
PPR Request 30th June
PP sent to VFS 2nd July

and now waiting again

Also, In PPR they have asked for height and eye color, How can we confirm that?

Just include a table with height and eye colour and applicant info.

do we need to make an appointment with VFS global to send out Passports? or can we just walk in and give our passport and other docs ?

You have to courier it to VFS via Aramex

You need to send the passport and other related documents (including the pictures) via courier. You've to include another envelope with your address in it. The courier people will know this.

Also, if you haven't paid for the courier service by VFS, then contact them and get the details.
