Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

I am really not sure about that now. Some say after 3 months from medical, the PPR should come but clearly it's not happening :'

Application received: 10th Dec 2021
AOR: 5th March 2022
Received an AK to confirm I have passed sponsorship eligibility: on 24th March 2022 and the documents were sent to the VO in Sri Lanka.
Received another AK from the VO in Sri Lanka: 13th April 2022
Did not require biometrics as it was done in 2019.
Medical Request: 4th May
Medical updated to passed: 16th of May
Eligibility and Background on the IRCC website says "In process" but on the new tracker profile it says "Not started"
It has been months and I have not received an update
The last ghost update was 26th of Oct 2022.
Is anyone in the same boat here?

Not yet bro this is frustrating medical completed July 22 additional documents submitted August 4. Thereafter no update and Christmas holidays nearing so we need to wait until Jan 2nd week.
Yea totally. I can’t understand what’s taking this long. I’ll be surprised if we get an update by January as well
