Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

Hey my name is Pira,
I received the notification saying that my wife's medical passed may 4th 2019, but when i check the status its still in final decison is being made. Usually how long does it take for them to make the final decision. Its almost 3 months since medical passed. I have a buddy with the same thing, we submitted our application back in November of 2018.

I just gave it a shot and they emailed us back. They didn’t give us much info. Just that our file is in queue.

@SJK90 I sent them an email today. And I got an auto generated reply which said " Acknowledgement of receipt. Responses are sent within 5 working days for temporary residents and for permanent residents. However, if your application is within processing times, a response will not be sent. Do not send multiple requests."
Not sure whether I will receive a reply. Have to wait and see

Sounds similar to my application. Applied in Nov 2018. Medical Passed on May 8. No correspondence ever since. Let us know if you receive any updates

Hi Congratulation, Normally they will dispatched one week to ten days hardly. Kindly go to hand over the passport , dont send via mail or courier services. After u will received passport with stamping visa along with COPR , thats very important check thoroughly before leaving VFS Colombo and also return back to t photos and invitation. Good Luck Happy Journey. Please Keep ur Marriage Certificate at the time of immigration in Sri lanka. ( sometime Officers ask Marriage Certificate ) . In Canada they asking only COPR & Passport . If any Changes of ur Local Canada mail Address kindly inform to Immigration Officer in Canada. IRCC send Your PR Card with in Three Weeks at the time of landing Canada. God bless you.
