Processing Time for SDS Stream - Sep 2022

I read somewhere in some group that it seems that most files between 10th to 23rd March had been skipped or something because very few few within this time got their ppr and yet most April people have. Actually this week, most end of April applicants have got ppr and a few may applicants.

But.....only IRCC knows best.

File lodged 9th july
Biometric done and updated on 13th july (on top right where it says enrollment but status still says your action required and we need your fingerprints)
Medical done on 29th june but still not updated.
This my timeline sept intake

I got admission in Macewan Edmonton for Jan 2023 program in project mgmt, now i started applying in the canada official website for student permit, can u help me, if i get any doubts while filling the form before submisssion.

Reading the information in various forums, it appears Non-SDS/regular track is getting faster processing times vs SDS. Would anyone know if submitting a new application via non-SDS/regular track WHILE SDS application is still pending is allowed by the IRCC? Thanks for any insights!

medical we dont need a medical we let you know once this changes done from previous application still valid
eligibility not started
Background check in progress
Biometrixs done in dec 2021 from previous application

When can i expect PPR ?
