Processing time for Quebec undertaking?

Does anyone know how long this part takes?

I'm applying outland via Singapore and processing time is on average 22 months to receive a response. But then I must also do a Quebec undertaking application and send in some other forms to Quebec.... How long does this part of the process take? Or is this part of the process included in the 22 months?

Nothing to worry about, it goes parallel with the transfer of your file from CIC to the visa office.

It's just a formality; another way for the Quebec government to milk extra cash from its citizens

taxes + more taxes + taxes on the taxes + extra $260 for a piece of useless paper (CSQ) = Quebec. Bienvenue au f%$&ing Quebec ...

My application was received on the 31st of July and I was approved the 31st of August. 31 days for me.
