If they can complete the processing in 14 months thats not bad. But I dont see that heppening.

Sans_May2010
This 14 months included those files in the past 3 months that got processed.
Wait for next update after 3 months, it'd surely cross 19-20 months.

I will be even happy with a 20 months period. Sans_May2010

true, 20 months is better than 70+ months !!!

also, would be a boon, if the MI-3 would include my NOC, so i can make another application and withdraw the one, thats taking longer !!

I was going to order, now i will wait as I dont want to have a heart attack, looking at BFD ! ha ha ha

what make u think that the processing times would increase to 19-20 months ?

It can be a guess !

Every 3 months they increase the processing time. During last update it became 11 months from 10 months and now its 14 months from 11 months.
Not to forget that from last 3 to 4 months they r processing march file transfers only.
By the time the June/July file transfers r processed it will be 2 years.

OH U MEAN TO SAY THAT AFTER JUNE/JULY FILES ARE DONE WITH, THEY COULD INCREASE THE TIMELINE ?
BECAUSE THEY HAVE ALREADY STARTED WITH APRIL FULL MONTH FILE TRANSFER. ONE APPLICANT WHOSE FT DATE IS 27TH APRIL GOT MEDICALS

If you check the April/May/June File transfer case than only 1 person Stalward has received Medicals and also visa.
Some of them are In process(with RBVO). And lets be frank In process with RBVO is a hoax or a lollipop.

If some onel gor medical than please post the link.

Also if june/july file transfer is done than our category of the 38 occupations is completed.
Just consider this if they take 3 months to complete March file transfers than by the time June/July file transfer are processed it will be min 18 to 20 months(just short of 2 years)

here's the new twist.
CHC ND is taking a total of 14 months from 2nd AOR to give the final visa stamp.
one brad84 ( NOC 0213 ) got medicals, his FT date is 27th APRIL 2010. ( he is a lucky exception)
say your 2nd AOR is in last week of MAY 2010. u can expect MEDICALS after 13 months from that date. ie somewhere around june u can expect MEDICALS. this is according to the updated timeframe in their website

sorry, i don't know how to post the link

Its like ...running after a speeding train, whenever we think we are close to that we find that speed is increased, and so on...
My first case was September 2005, ND VO replied me with 36 Month Time line,... in 2008 that was 68 months.. and Now it is 85 months.... How killing this is, Now they are saying that you are not in our priority list... i ask NDVO.... WHY? why can't you choose the priority categories from DUMP first then issue remaining numbers, a dentist who applied in 2005 is still waiting and a dentist who applied after June 2010 got visa.. why it is like this, isn't the first one is a Dentist... they have advanced system to maintain record they can sort out with just one click.. God Knows how they are working.. How a advanced developed country can play with peoples life ..make them miserable and nobody there to ask them....

Correctly stated!!!

If they want dentist/doctors then they have them in backlog.
Why are they not fast tracking them???

This is total neglect by Immigration people

+1 to you
